Kimberly Rosier Jean-Louis, MBA

Operator/Director

Kimberly Rosier Jean-Louis, MBA, is the owner and CEO of 3D Strategic Management, Inc. 3D Strategic Management, Inc., is a full-service business development and community relations firm. The firm also provides strategic business development services to clients across the world.

Kimberly owns more than 23 years of experience in business diversity programs and community relations. She has worked in the Florida governor’s executive office, at Pepsi Company, Orange County Public Schools, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Orlando Airport) as a consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation and the United States Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency. In each position, Kimberly worked one-on-one with diverse businesses, providing business development that empowered each business to reach its goals – impacting thousands of firms around Florida. Recognized as a Minority Business Advocate, she has conducted hundreds of presentations on business development and how to do business with various entities in Florida. Kimberly serves as the United States President Biden’s African-American & Rural Stakeholder (Office of Public Engagement).

As the previous director of the Orlando MBDA business Center (2018-2019), Kimberly led her team of 12 internal/consultants to two national performance awards. The team was ranked third in the nation. Also, they assisted clients with the most jobs created in the nation.

Alyssa A. Hogan, MBA

Senior Business Development Consultant

Alyssa Hogan is an experienced business consultant, and public speaker with a passion for helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals through tailored business development strategies and professional training. With a background in coaching, consulting, and program management, she specializes in guiding organizations to develop long-term plans that drive growth and operational efficiency. She has worked with the City of Orlando, City of Tampa, Microsoft, and more.
 
As the founder and leader of Alyssa A. Hogan Enterprise LLC, she has spent almost 10 years coaching small businesses, providing them with the tools and strategies they need to thrive in today’s competitive market. Her expertise is business planning, minority certification assistance, management consulting, and professional development, all designed to enhance performance and exceed business objectives.
 
In addition to consulting, she is a recognized public speaker and trainer, offering workshops and training programs on leadership, diversity, business planning, and operational effectiveness. She is driven by her commitment to developing individuals both personally and professionally while promoting inclusiveness and social responsibility in the community.

Francoise Renfree

Office Manager

Francoise Renfree  is a skilled bilingual in English and Spanish Office Manager with over 20 years of experience dedicated to creating organized and efficient workplace environments. With a strong background in office operations, she excels at streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity. 
 
Renfree facilitates effective communication across diverse teams and clients, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere that drives success. Her expertise encompasses customer service, human resources, operational and office management, allowing her to address challenges with a holistic approach. She has worked for the Census Bureau, Department of the Navy as well one of the biggest investment companies in Peru and more.
 
She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritizes employee engagement and client satisfaction ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded at every interaction. 

Tiffany McCauley-Bridges

Director

Tiffany McCauley Bridges is a connector. For over 20 years, Bridges has helped dreamers and business leaders develop frameworks, strategic plans, and confidence for success in the business world by bridging the gap through training and development, business development, coaching, accounting, and tax advising.

Bridges’ profound executive leadership ability propels everything she does. Whether she has served as a chief financial officer or served as an advisor on non-profit boards, Tiffany shows up ready for action. She dedicates herself to seeking solution-based opportunities to offset the lack of financial literacy and resources in the community. She has helped countless organizations successfully navigate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tiffany worked to develop new strategies and training that helped sustain business owners throughout the shut-down. As a dedicated finance professional, Bridges advanced internal diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging policies and practices to businesses to which she works. She extends and continues her leadership impact and is committed to securing every company and the families’ financial future through comprehensive planning, tax strategies, and risk management. Tiffany leverages her expertise by specializing in targeted strategic planning and tax planning. In addition, Bridges serves as the lead advisor at Bridging the Gap, a Tax Advisory & Resolution practice in Orlando, Florida.

With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurial spaces in various mountains of influence,
Bridges works with leaders and laypeople to build committed stewards of our community.
Storyteller, mediator, translator, and advisor are just some of the many roles Tiffany has played.
The greatest of these roles has been being the wife of Lee Bridges for twenty-five years and
mother to five beautiful souls! She is an avid reader, community builder, and budding
philanthropist.

Kristi Jones

Office Manager

Kristi Jones joined our Orlando MBDA Business Center office with over 15 years of management experience in customer service and business administration roles. Jones is passionate about helping people and being active in her community. Jones has worked in management for multiple GEICO offices, Farmers Insurance, and Target. Throughout her years in management, she has dedicated her time to assisting with the communication and organization required to keep day-to-day business moving productively and efficiently. Jones has lived in Florida for over 8 years, and recently moved to Central Florida about a year ago. She is excited to be able to use her skillset to help businesses in the Sunshine State grow and flourish.

INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

Harvey W. Hawkins, III

Senior Federal Procurement Consultant

Mr. Hawkins has been involved in heavy highway construction, airport construction, underground utility, and commercial construction for over 40 years. He has been in the roles of Construction Project Manager and Construction Project Administrator for various engineering and construction firms and has worked throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Hawkins has also been in the role of Senior Consultant, involved with the Florida Department of Transportation’s DBE Supportive Services, primarily working in developing relationships between major prime contractors and DBE, small business subcontractors, especially regarding design-build projects.

Mr. Hawkins brings to the Orlando MBDA Business Center and its clients, extensive knowledge regarding contracts, joint venture agreements, vendor purchase/supplier agreements and an understanding of regulations regarding DBE and MBE designations. This enables Mr. Hawkins to work alongside DBE and MWBE contractors and vendors in the effort to secure Federal, State and Municipal related infrastructure projects, either as a prime or a subcontractor.

Leyla Colon

Business Development Specialist

Leyla Colon brings to the Orlando MBDA Business Center’s Federal Procurement Supplement (Infrastructure Initiative) her years of experience as an administrator and researcher in the construction industry. Colon’s background working closely with architects and engineers has been valuable to the MBDA’s Infrastructure Initiative program. Colon’s strategic knowledge aids in educating and promoting clients about the upcoming 22.7 Billion coming to Florida. Colon has been able to successfully assist minority business clients obtain certifications or capability statements, joining teaming agreements, contract sourcing and increase information regarding outreach meetings. Colon also supports the team in all aspects of the program including bilingual and multicultural resources.

Barbara Tyson, a native of Pensacola, FL, is a remarkable individual who embodies compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to her community. As a devout woman of faith, she cherishes her roles as a devoted wife, nurturing mother, and loving grandmother, finding strength and inspiration in the values instilled by her strong spiritual foundation.
 
Barbara’s journey has been defined by service and sacrifice. Having served in the Army, she bravely defended her country and gained invaluable experiences that shaped her character. Her time in the military taught her discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork, qualities that she carries with her in all aspects of life.
 
Beyond her military service, Barbara has made a profound impact as a track coach, shaping the lives of young athletes and helping them realize their full potential. Her passion for mentoring and empowering the youth extends beyond the track field. In 2020, she established JOOY (Journey of Our Youth), a heartfelt initiative that aims to provide support, guidance, and opportunities to young individuals, ensuring they have the tools to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.
 
Barbara’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a successful business strategist and nonprofit consultant. Recognizing the need to uplift and support Black-owned businesses in her community, she founded Black Business Pensacola, a platform that promotes and celebrates the achievements of Black entrepreneurs, fostering economic growth and inclusivity.
 
In addition, Barbara serves as the CEO of NPWR (Nonprofit Consulting Agency), a dynamic organization that assists nonprofits in fulfilling their missions and creating positive change in the community. Through her leadership, she has been instrumental in helping numerous nonprofits achieve their goals and make a lasting impact on society.
 
Barbara Tyson’s dedication to service, her unwavering faith, and her passion for empowering the youth have left an indelible mark on her community. Her love for her family, her commitment to her community, and her determination to make a difference in the lives of others truly make her an inspiring figure.
