The Orlando MBDA Business Center is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), and operated by 3D Strategic Management, Inc.
Boots2Business
A series of training programs focused on improving operational efficiencies, building scales and implementation and integration of new technology, state of the art equipment and standard operating procedures. Virtual workshops and consultation topics will be available for SBE owners and key staff on:
- Operational Management and Administrative Mastery
- Business Augmentation, Automation, and Remote Management
- Fundamentals of Growth Management
- Financial Mastery
Power2Profits
A robust training series led by MBDA Business Center staff and leading industry experts in the financial sector. All training is designed to:
- Provide one-on-one Technical Assistance in our virtual “Lending Center”
- Build a financial competency via credit monitoring, money management, investing, cash flow management, access and securing capital.
- Track profit from inception prior to entering the program throughout each annual marker and throughout the program, including a post-engagement survey.
- Provide monitoring of the profit on a semi-annual basis with SBEs
- Measure growth performance via an increase in credit, loans, grants, lines of credit and other financial indicators
Connect2Contracts
Links financially sound and operationally savvy small business owners to contracts by equipping them with the tools and mentors to be successful in the proposal and performance phases of the procurement process.
Participation is available at no cost to clients and partners of the Orlando MBDA Business Center.
